Which AR glasses are supported?
Currently, Combat Companion can be used on the Microsoft Hololens 2 and the Magic Leap 2.
What are the features of Combat Companion?
In addition to audio and video communication, many useful AR-based tools are available, such as a virtual whiteboard, marking and laser pointer tools, and extensive media features.
How do I connect to my partner?
Establishing a connection is very straightforward. The Operator, who needs assistance, will first start the app on the smartglasses. Then the Operator has to press the "Open Room" button. The hand menu will show a 6-character Room Code. The room code has to be sent to the spectator in a suitable way according your situation. With this Room Code the Spectator can login via the WebApp on any PC or tablet.
What is the minimum required bandwidth?
For the best possible experience we recommend a minimum bandwidth of 10 Mbps. It is however possible to connect with a minimum bandwidth of 1 Mbps, but this will have a negative effect on the video quality and overall stability.
What costs the Combat Companion Solution?
The price is determined by the customer-specific conditions, such as server infrastructure requirements, hardware usage, number of licenses, etc. We will be happy to arrange your personal offer together with you.
